Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With all tags attached

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

 

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right at no additional cost.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
